We are Jimmy and Sarah Attfield, founders of J&S Heli - a family-owned helicopter business based in Central Hawke’s Bay.
J&S Heli has been built on a background of farming, hard work and a practical understanding of the people and industries we work with. We know the pressures our clients face because we live them too.
We are still actively farming while running J&S, and together with our three children - Indy, Ted and Mac - our life is grounded in the same rural environment we operate in.
Jimmy brings over 10 years of flying experience, backed by a lifetime in the rural sector. Sarah's background in farming and finance help keep the business structured and practical. Together we ensure J&S remains safe and client-focused.
We provide professional helicopter services with a straightforward approach — safe, reliable, and tailored to the job at hand. With CAA certifications for both agricultural and passenger operations, we support a wide range of work across rural, commercial, and community settings.
